What are the shipping charges on products?
Signora offers free shipping within India on all products.
How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
We attempt to process every order and ship within 7 days. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
What will be the mode of delivery?
We partnered with reputed courier/cargo for shipment of products in India. Depending upon your location and reach, we also employ other domestic but reliable service providers to deliver products.
Can I ship anywhere in India?
Yes, we also have specific product range for All over India delivery which includes Home Appliance and Kitchen Appliance.
Are Products (Microwave, Water Purifiers, and Food Processor) purchased online covered by warranty?
All Products sold on Signora are come with 100% Genuine Manufacturer Warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
What about hidden costs (any taxes)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

We do not provide Cash on Delivery option on our products.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Signora. In case of payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password(in case net banking)
- Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be rolled back within 24 hrs. You can get in touch with Customer Care with your order number or email on email@example.com for any clarifications.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Signora and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.

Can I cancel the order after it is placed?
While there is no option for customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with any Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount after deduction of bank charges.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with Customer Care or mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I cancel ordered product or replace the ordered product on Signora?
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped from our warehouse, your amount will be refunded after deduction of bank charges. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
1. If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
2. If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where wrong product is dispatched to you or any manufacturing defect found, do follow the following procedure.
a) Mail the details regarding your product to email@example.com within 48 hrs
b) Your final product will be dispatched within next 7-8 days after the returned product will reach to us.
Ordering & Tracking
How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the consignment/tracking number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider courier/cargo or any other service provider ( as per availability) In order to track the order:
Go to website- of the related courier/cargo service or any other specified service providers website to track the shipment.
If your order status shows transit: Click on additional details. Details such as where your order has reached can be viewed.
How will I know if order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email confirmation from Signora once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
What does the different order status mean?
Order Confirmation: We have received your order and your payment from the payment gateway. It will be processed as per your given details.
Order Shipped: Your order has been shipped out of our warehouse and is on its way to your delivery location.
Order Canceled: The order was canceled.
Payment Pending Authorization: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for authorization from the payment gateway.
Payment/Order Failed: We have not received your payment/order and you need to try again to place the payment/order.
